Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the team in Produce and Floral areas to deliver on the business plan and contribute to club success
  • Communicate department goals, execute company programs, adhere to policies, and advocate for members, associates, and the company
  • Work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets member expectations
  • Maintain produce area to company standards for quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment, safety, and compliance
  • Collaborate with associates to ensure resources, share knowledge, and train the team effectively
  • Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, and make immediate business decisions
  • Drive business results through operational excellence, profitability planning, maintaining neat/clean/safe work areas, staffing, audits, compliance, merchandise production/display, and member service
  • Teach and train the team to deliver high-quality products, identify potential, develop skills, encourage career growth, and source new talent
  • Lead and participate in teams by coordinating work, providing support, ensuring quality/timelines, and helping adapt to changes
  • Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; assist in correcting issues
