Requirements
- Ability to complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners
- Skill in managing freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., single and double pallet jack, lift pacer)
- Proficiency in identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight using warehouse management system, terminal scales, and scanners
- Experience maintaining records, logs, and forms
- Knowledge of palletizing machinery, ethical standards and conduct, cold chain compliance, material handling, order picking, and pallet jacks

Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks, communicate progress and information, determine and recommend improvements, and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback
- Manage freight flow by moving, loading, identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight; utilize warehouse systems, scales, and scanners; maintain records, logs, and forms
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy
- Keep work area organized and maintain freight flow by stacking and moving empty pallets using pallet jack and/or powered equipment
- Monitor freight to ensure cold chain and species compliance
