Responsibilities

  • Lead automation engineering efforts that strengthen launch readiness and post launch deployment
  • Build tools and workflows that reduce manual checks across construction, installation, and vendor testing
  • Translate launch playbooks and field processes into automated checklists, scripts, and system logic
  • Partner with Launch Operations to verify functionality, equipment quality, and completion of all readiness steps
  • Map current vendor, networking, and construction workflows, then design technical solutions that remove delays
  • Develop dashboards that track issues, incidents, and post launch enhancements
  • Work with vendors to improve system integration, consistency, and operational acceptance
  • Support field teams with structured processes for issue logging, root cause review, and resolution
  • Identify layout, equipment, and process gaps and propose engineering fixes
  • Drive continuous improvement projects that increase speed to launch and post launch stability
