Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring maintenance processes and standards are met by identifying, correcting, and informing management of non-compliant conditions and practices
  • Leverage expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans, providing advice and guidance on best practices
  • Align efforts to meet customer and business needs while fostering commitment
  • Maintain and repair facility grounds, equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical/mechanical failures on manufacturing machines and equipment
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues and customer requests
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements by supporting maintenance staff and strategic direction
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure proper business controls
  • Assist with safety programs, provide safety instruction, ensure associates follow policies, wear PPE, and use equipment per guidelines
  • Demonstrate expertise in action plans, support business solutions, build stakeholder relationships, monitor progress, and adapt to changes
  • Model compliance, ethics, integrity, and Walmart values; use Open Door Policy
