Requirements
- Follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, company steel standards, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations
- Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types
- Follow Company and legal policies for liquor sales, including securing merchandise, maintaining signage, verifying member identification, and completing/maintaining paperwork and documentation
- Embrace differences, create inclusive workplace, build team relationships, communicate positively, mentor others, maintain integrity/ethics/compliance, act selflessly, deliver customer results, make informed decisions, display curiosity/learning, and drive continuous improvements
Responsibilities
- Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products/services
- Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing merchandise, and securing fragile/high-shrink items
- Maintain Sales Floor in Liquor area per Company policies by handling claims/returns, zoning the area, arranging/organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink/damages
- Maintain cash registers/lanes and reduce shrink by stocking supplies/box bins, following policies for concealed merchandise, and meeting frontend performance goals
