Requirements

- Properly zones areas, stocks/rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up/cleans/organizes displays, maintains modular integrity, receives/sorts/stages/delivers merchandise, ensures prominent promotional/seasonal displays, processes defective merchandise, follows sanitation/food safety policies, and monitors shrink/security/safety risks
- Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders, ensures proper selection/staging within timeframes, and performs accuracy audits
- Handles/moves/displays goods safely, tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage, reports poor practices/low stock, and uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates/maintains forklifts safely, reports unsafe conditions/practices, and notifies management of forklift issues
- Proactively identifies/engages customers needing technology help, models technology services, identifies/fixes shrink opportunities/problems, maintains equipment, and ensures organized/stock levels
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive culture, fosters belonging, supports associates, and helps attract talent
- Works as a team and builds strong, trusting relationships
Responsibilities
- Implement action plans using Open Door Policy and apply in business processes
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Receive, stock, organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers; correct shelf capacities; complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Provide member service through acknowledgment, needs identification, guidance/support, purchasing assistance, issue resolution, and promotion
- Maintain facility safety via sweeps, spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling/disposal, steel guidelines, and reporting/correcting unsafe situations
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising: zoning, stocking/rotating, removing damaged goods, display setup/cleaning/organization, modular integrity, receiving/sorting/staging/delivery, promotional displays, defective processing, sanitation/food safety, shrink/security/safety monitoring
- Fill club pick up orders: assist picking/staging throughout day, ensure policy-compliant selection/staging, verify timeframe/accuracy via audits
- Handle/move/display goods safely; track/maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage timely; report issues; use tools/equipment safely
