Responsibilities

  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
  • Merchandise products, work inventory exceptions, correct shelf capacities, complete paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Provide member service: acknowledge members, assist with purchases, locate items, resolve concerns, promote products/services
  • Maintain facility safety: conduct sweeps, follow spotting/hazardous materials/steel procedures, report unsafe situations
  • Maintain sales floor and merchandising: zone areas, stock/rotate merchandise, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity
  • Receive, sort, stage, and deliver merchandise; ensure prominent display of promotional/seasonal items
  • Process defective merchandise; follow sanitation/food safety policies; monitor shrink, security risks, safety
  • Assist with filling club pick up orders: pick, stage products per policy, ensure timely and accurate staging, perform audits
