Requirements

- Sets up, cleans, organizes product displays, maintains modular integrity
- Receives, sorts, stages, delivers merchandise, ensures prominent promotional displays
- Processes defective merchandise per company and regulatory policies for sanitation/food safety
- Monitors shrink, security risks, and safety
- Assists with picking, staging club pick-up orders per policy
- Performs audits for order accuracy
- Handles, moves, displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage
- Uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Reports poor inventory practices, low in-stock levels, unsafe conditions
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services
- Models and helps others with technology services
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities/problems
- Properly maintains equipment, organizes/stocks products correctly

Responsibilities
- Implement action plans using Open Door Policy in business processes
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets with forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress
- Determine/recommend improvements, adapt to change/feedback
- Receive, stock, organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
- Correct shelf capacities, handle inventory exceptions, complete/retain paperwork
- Provide member service: acknowledge, guide on tech/purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products/services
- Maintain facility safety: conduct sweeps, follow forklift/hazardous materials procedures, adhere to steel standards, report/correct unsafe situations
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising: zone, stock/rotate, remove damaged goods, set up displays, process defectives, ensure sanitation/food safety
- Fill club pick-up orders: assist picking/staging, ensure timely/accurate selection/staging, perform audits
- Report poor inventory practices/low in-stock levels; use tools safely
- Operate/maintain forklifts safely; report unsafe conditions or non-working forklifts to management
- Engage customers needing tech help, model tech services for others
- Identify/fix shrink issues with products/services/work areas
- Maintain equipment, organize/stock products, fix problems promptly
