  • Performs occasional audits for order accuracy
  • Handles, moves, displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage
  • Reports poor inventory practices and low in-stock levels
  • Uses inventory tools and equipment safely
  • Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions or malfunctions
  • Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services

Responsibilities

  • Implement action plans using Open Door Policy for business processes
  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets with forklift
  • Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress
  • Determine and recommend improvements; adapt to change, difficulties, feedback
  • Receive, stock, organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
  • Manage inventory flow, correct shelf capacities, complete/retain paperwork/logs
  • Provide member service: acknowledge, guide on technology/purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products/services
  • Maintain facility safety: conduct sweeps, follow forklift spotting/hazardous materials procedures, adhere to steel standards, report/correct unsafe situations
  • Maintain sales floor/merchandising: zone, stock/rotate, remove damaged goods, set up displays, ensure modular integrity
  • Receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, display promotional/seasonal items
  • Process defective merchandise per sanitation/food safety policies
  • Monitor area for shrink, security risks, safety
  • Assist with picking/staging club pick-up orders throughout day per policy
  • Ensure Merchandising Associates pick/stage orders timely and properly
  • Perform occasional audits for order accuracy
  • Handle/move/display goods safely; track goods, maintain in-stock, control shrinkage timely
