  • Properly zones areas, stocks/rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up/maintains displays, ensures modular integrity, processes defective merchandise, follows sanitation/food safety policies, and monitors shrink/security/safety risks
  • Assists with picking, staging, and auditing club pick up orders according to policy
  • Handles, moves, displays, tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage, reports poor practices, and uses inventory tools/equipment safely
  • Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reports unsafe conditions/practices, and notifies management of issues
  • Proactively assists customers with technology services, models usage, identifies/fixes shrink opportunities/problems, maintains equipment, and ensures proper organization/stocking
  • Embraces differences, creates inclusive culture, fosters belonging, supports team performance, and builds trusting relationships

Responsibilities

  • Implement action plans using Open Door Policy for business processes
  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
  • Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
  • Receive, stock, organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers; correct shelf capacities; complete/retain paperwork
  • Acknowledge members, identify needs, provide guidance/support on self-service tech, assist purchasing, locate items, resolve concerns, promote products/services
  • Maintain facility safety through sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling/disposal, steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations
  • Zone sales floor, stock/rotate merchandise, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity, receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, display promotions/seasonal items, process defectives, ensure sanitation/food safety, monitor shrink/security/safety
  • Fill club pick up orders by picking/staging throughout day, ensure proper selection/staging within timeframes, perform accuracy audits
  • Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage timely; report poor practices/low stock
  • Use inventory tools/equipment safely
  • Operate/maintain forklifts safely; report issues to management
  • Engage/assist customers with technology; model/help others; identify/fix shrink/problems with products/services/areas; maintain equipment; organize/stock products
