- Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders, ensures proper selection/staging within timeframes, performs accuracy audits
- Shows care/concern for customers/members, asks questions to understand needs, uses policies/info/resources to exceed expectations
- Uses policies/procedures/guides/data/facts to make effective choices and decisions
- Accepts responsibility, meets expectations, identifies steps for work

Responsibilities
- Implement action plans using Open Door Policy for policies/procedures/ethics
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets with forklift
- Receive, stock, organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
- Work inventory exceptions, correct shelf capacities, complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Provide member service, guidance, support, purchasing assistance, issue resolution, product/service promotion
- Maintain facility safety through sweeps, spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling/disposal, steel guidelines, unsafe situation reporting/correction
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising presentation: zoning, stocking/rotating, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, setting up/cleaning/organizing displays, modular integrity, receiving/sorting/staging/delivering, prominent promotional/seasonal displays, defective merchandise processing, sanitation/food safety compliance, shrink/security/safety monitoring
- Fill club pick up orders: assist picking/staging throughout day, ensure proper selection/staging per policy/timeframe, audit for accuracy
- Serve customers/members with care, understand needs, exceed expectations using resources
