  • Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders, ensures proper selection/staging within timeframes, and performs accuracy audits
  • Handles/moves/displays goods safely, tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage timely, reports poor practices/low stock, and uses inventory tools/equipment safely
  • Operates/maintains forklifts safely, reports unsafe conditions/practices, and notifies management of forklift issues
  • Proactively identifies/engages customers needing technology help, models/assists with technology services, identifies/fixes shrink opportunities/problems, maintains equipment, and ensures organized/stock levels
  • Embraces differences, creates inclusive culture, fosters belonging, supports associates, and helps attract talent
  • Works as a team and builds strong, trusting relationships

Responsibilities

  • Implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy and apply in business processes
  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
  • Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
  • Receive, stock, organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers; correct shelf capacities; complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Provide member service through acknowledgment, needs identification, guidance/support, purchasing assistance, merchandise location, issue resolution, and promotion
  • Maintain facility safety via sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling/disposal, steel standards, and reporting/correcting unsafe situations
  • Maintain sales floor/merchandising: zoning, stocking/rotating, removing damaged goods, display setup/cleaning/organization, modular integrity, receiving/sorting/staging/delivery, promotional displays, defective processing, sanitation/food safety compliance, shrink/security/safety monitoring
  • Fill club pick up orders: assist picking/staging throughout day, ensure policy-compliant selection/staging, verify timeframe/accuracy via audits
  • Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage timely; report issues; use tools/equipment safely
  • Operate/maintain forklifts safely; report issues/unsafe conditions; notify management of forklift problems
  • Assist customers with technology services/items; model/help others; identify/fix shrink/problems; maintain/fix equipment; organize/stock products
