Requirements

- Properly zones area, stocks/rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up/cleans/organizes displays, maintains modular integrity, receives/sorts/stages/delivers merchandise, ensures prominent promotional/seasonal displays, processes defective merchandise, follows sanitation/food safety policies, monitors shrink/security/safety
- Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders, ensures proper selection/staging within timeframe, performs audits for accuracy
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage timely; reports poor practices/low stock; uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports poor/unsafe conditions; notifies management of forklift issues
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services; models technology use; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems; maintains equipment, organizes/stocks products correctly

Responsibilities
- Implement action plans related to company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; use Open Door Policy
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers; work inventory exceptions; correct shelf capacities; complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, guiding on self-service tech, assisting purchases, locating items, resolving concerns, promoting products/services
- Maintain facility safety per policies: conduct sweeps, follow forklift spotting/hazardous materials/steel guidelines, correct/report unsafe situations
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising: zone area, stock/rotate, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity, receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, display promotional/seasonal items, process defective merchandise, follow sanitation/food safety, monitor shrink/security/safety
