Requirements

- Maintains facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations
- Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, setting up displays, modular integrity, receiving/sorting/staging/delivering merchandise, promotional displays, defective merchandise processing, sanitation/food safety, and monitoring shrink/security/safety
- Assists with club pick up orders by picking, staging, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and performing audits
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage; reports poor practices; uses inventory tools safely
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions/practices; notifies management of forklift issues
- Proactively assists customers with technology services; models technology use; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems; maintains equipment and organizes/stocks products
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive culture, supports associates, builds team relationships
Responsibilities
- Implement action plans for company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
- Acknowledge members, provide guidance/support on self-service tech, assist purchasing, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products/services
- Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting/hazardous materials procedures, adhere to steel standards, correct/report unsafe situations
- Zone area, stock/rotate merchandise, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity, receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, ensure prominent promotional/seasonal displays, process defective merchandise, follow sanitation/food safety policies, monitor shrink/security/safety
- Assist with picking/staging club pick up orders, ensure proper selection/staging within timeframes, perform accuracy audits
- Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage timely; report poor practices/low stock; use inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operate/maintain forklifts safely; report poor/unsafe conditions; inform management of forklift issues
- Identify/engage customers needing tech help; model/assist with tech services; identify/fix shrink issues with products/services/work areas; maintain equipment, organize/stock products, fix problems promptly
