Requirements

- Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders, ensures proper selection/staging within timeframes, performs accuracy audits
- Handles/moves/displays goods safely, tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage timely, reports poor practices/low stock, uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates/maintains forklifts safely, reports poor/unsafe conditions/practices, notifies management of forklift issues
- Proactively identifies/engages customers needing technology help, assists with technology services/items, models technology use, identifies/fixes shrink opportunities/problems, maintains equipment, ensures organized/stock levels, fixes problems promptly

Responsibilities
- Implement action plans using Open Door Policy for business processes
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets with forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change/feedback
- Receive, stock, organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, manage inventory exceptions, correct shelf capacities, complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Provide member service through acknowledgment, needs identification, guidance/support, purchase assistance, issue resolution, product/service promotion
- Maintain facility safety via sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling/disposal, steel standards, unsafe situation correction/reporting
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising: zoning, stocking/rotating, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, display setup/cleaning/organization, modular integrity, merchandise receiving/sorting/staging/delivery, promotional/seasonal displays, defective merchandise processing, sanitation/food safety compliance, shrink/security/safety monitoring
- Fill club pick up orders: assist picking/staging throughout day, ensure policy-compliant selection/staging, verify Merchandising Associates meet timeframes/proper staging, conduct occasional accuracy audits
