  • Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders according to policy, ensures timely and proper staging, performs occasional accuracy audits
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage timely; reports poor practices/low stock; uses inventory tools/equipment safely
  • Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports poor/unsafe conditions; notifies management of forklift issues
  • Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services; models technology use; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems; maintains equipment and ensures proper organization/stocking

Responsibilities

  • Implement action plans related to company policies using Open Door Policy
  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets with forklift
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
  • Merchandise products and handle inventory exceptions
  • Provide member service including guidance, support, issue resolution, and promotion
  • Maintain facility safety through sweeps, procedures, and reporting
  • Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation per policies
  • Fill club pick up orders by assisting with picking, staging, and audits
  • Handle inventory tasks: move/display goods, track/maintain stock, control shrinkage, report issues
  • Operate/maintain forklifts and report issues
  • Assist customers with technology services and fix related problems
  • Identify and address shrink, security, and safety issues in work areas
