Requirements

- Conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting and hazardous materials procedures, adheres to steel standard guidelines, and reports unsafe situations
- Properly zones areas, stocks/rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up/cleans/organizes displays, maintains modular integrity, receives/sorts/stages/delivers merchandise, ensures prominent promotional/seasonal displays, processes defective merchandise, follows sanitation/food safety policies, and monitors shrink/security/safety risks
- Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders according to policy, ensures timely and proper staging, and performs accuracy audits
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage timely; reports poor practices/low stock; uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports poor/unsafe conditions or non-working forklifts to management
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services; models technology use; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems; maintains equipment and ensures proper organization/stocking

Responsibilities
- Implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy and apply in business processes
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers; correct shelf capacities; complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Acknowledge members, provide guidance/support on self-service tech, assist purchasing/locating, resolve issues, promote products/services
- Maintain facility safety per policies: conduct sweeps, follow forklift spotting/hazardous materials/steel standards, correct/report unsafe situations
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising: zone, stock/rotate, remove damaged goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity, receive/sort/stage/deliver, display promotions/seasonals, process defectives, follow sanitation/food safety, monitor shrink/security/safety
- Fill club pick up orders: assist picking/staging throughout day per policy, ensure timely/proper staging by Merchandising Associates, perform occasional accuracy audits
- Handle/move/display goods safely; track/maintain in-stock/shrinkage; report issues; use tools/equipment safely
- Operate/maintain forklifts safely; report issues/unsafe conditions/non-working order to management
