  • Properly zones areas, stocks/rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up/cleans/organizes displays, maintains modular integrity, receives/sorts/stages/delivers merchandise, ensures prominent display of promotional/seasonal items, processes defective merchandise, follows sanitation/food safety policies, and monitors shrink/security/safety risks
  • Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders according to policy, performs audits for accuracy
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage
  • Reports poor inventory practices, low in-stock levels, poor/unsafe conditions, or forklift issues to management
  • Uses inventory tools and equipment safely
  • Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services
  • Models and helps others with technology services; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems
  • Properly maintains equipment, organizes/stocks products correctly, and fixes problems promptly
  • Embraces differences, creates inclusive workplace, builds team relationships, and communicates effectively

Responsibilities

  • Implement action plans using Open Door Policy and apply in business processes
  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
  • Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change/feedback
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers; correct shelf capacities; complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Maintain facility safety per policies/procedures
  • Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation per policies/procedures
  • Fill club pick up orders by assisting with picking/staging throughout the day, ensuring proper selection/staging within timeframe, and auditing accuracy
  • Operate and maintain forklifts safely; report issues to management
  • Engage customers needing technology help and assist with services/items
  • Report poor inventory practices and low in-stock levels in assigned area
