  • Monitors shrink, security risks, and safety
  • Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders according to policy, ensures timely and accurate staging, performs occasional audits
  • Shows care/concern for customers/members, asks questions to understand needs, uses policies/info to exceed expectations, uses right resources to resolve requests
  • Uses policies/procedures/guides, data/facts for decisions, involves others, recognizes/reports problems

Responsibilities

  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
  • Work inventory exceptions, correct shelf capacities, complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Merchandise throughout the facility
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting purchases, locating items, resolving issues, promoting products/services
  • Maintain facility safety per policies (safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, steel standards, report unsafe situations)
  • Maintain sales floor/merchandising presentation (zoning, stocking/rotating, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, setting up/cleaning/organizing displays, modular integrity, receiving/sorting/staging/delivering, prominent promotional/seasonal displays, process defective merchandise, sanitation/food safety, monitor shrink/security/safety)
  • Fill club pick up orders by assisting with picking/staging throughout day, ensure selection/staging per policy, ensure timely/accurate staging by associates, perform occasional accuracy audits
