  • Skill in verifying raw materials and finished products comply with federal, state, and company specifications, producing accurate results while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of laboratory functions (e.g., operations, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair) through cross-training in Food Safety QA roles (e.g., MSS Validation Coordinator, Sanitation Specialist, Quality Systems Specialist, Micro Technician) and sustaining calibration programs for instruments and equipment
  • Continuous improvement mindset, including identifying and correcting process improvement opportunities, conducting statistical process control, root cause analysis, and participating in continuous improvement projects

Responsibilities
