Requirements
- Ability to maintain highest standards of quality and food safety by monitoring, testing, recording, and reacting to data on products, production, processes, and quality (e.g., Critical Control Points, Key Performance Indexes)
- Skill in verifying raw materials and finished products comply with federal, state, and company specifications, producing accurate results while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- Continuous improvement mindset, including identifying and correcting process improvement opportunities, conducting statistical process control, root cause analysis, and participating in continuous improvement projects

Responsibilities
