Requirements

- Ability to complete and submit required paperwork such as expense vouchers, weekly summaries, and work orders
- Leadership skills to lead third-party providers, including coaching, performance evaluations, and quality assurance inspections
- Troubleshooting and customer service skills, including communication with facility users, resolving problems, and ensuring a clean, safe environment
- Ability to evaluate replacement needs (e.g., mulch, rock, trees, shrubs, sod), implement upgrades for sustainability, explore cost improvements, and standardize equipment
- Coordination and oversight of job-related activities, relationship building with stakeholders, goal setting, and promoting continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Gather capital expenditures lists and develop scopes of work to update facilities (e.g., landscaping, snow removal, case cleaning, shopping cart service)
- Manage and execute projects, including work assignments, punch lists, and material requisitions
- Lead third-party providers through coaching, performance evaluations, and quality inspections
- Provide customer service by troubleshooting, communicating with users, and resolving complaints
- Coordinate replacements, upgrades, and improvements to enhance sustainability and reduce costs
- Develop, communicate, and implement processes by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, coordinating assignments, and adapting to changes
- Demonstrate respect for individuals, driving positive experiences for associates and customers
