Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepares and executes budgets by developing cost estimates on projects, approving purchases of parts/materials/equipment/supplies, providing technical assistance for purchases, and verifying receipt/acceptance
- Manages internal scheduled projects by prioritizing work, planning assignments, developing/maintaining workforce needs, creating punch lists for discrepancies, ensuring completion, and sourcing/approving material requisitions
- Gathers capital expenditures lists, develops scopes of work to update assets (e.g., landscaping, snow events/pre-salt/pushing snow, case cleaning, shopping cart PM service), and identifies regular service issues
- Complies with OSHA/EPA regulations by performing work per Walmart Exterior Service guidance, safety policy, and environmental guidelines
- Controls company costs by conducting price comparisons on parts/equipment/travel, and submitting warranty claims
- Provides required paperwork by completing forms (e.g., expense vouchers, weekly summaries, work orders) and submitting to Regional Manager/Home Office
- Leads third-party providers by fostering professional growth climate, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and directing quality assurance inspections
- Troubleshoots and provides customer service by communicating with facility users, assessing/resolving problems/complaints, and ensuring clean/safe/healthy environment
