Requirements
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Utilizes the Open Door Policy
- Operates hardware (e.g., cash registers, related equipment)
- Processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types
- Assists with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
- Stocks and secures Pharmacy supplies and merchandise
- Enters prescription information or files prescriptions
- Completes and maintains paperwork, forms, and other required documentation
- Administers clinical service programs (e.g., immunizations, point-of-care testing) in compliance with State Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations
- Monitors stock levels, places orders for supplies, and ensures accurate inventory tracking
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals for accurate and timely medication dispensation
- Participates in training and development programs
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with others; identifies priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services for total healthcare solutions
- Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area
- Organizes and maintains the Pharmacy area by following procedures, utilizing equipment, merchandising, and completing paperwork, logs, and documentation
- Assists in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and tracking inventory
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate dispensation of medications and provides support/information
- Implements action plans for policies and procedures; applies Open Door Policy in business processes
- Communicates progress, identifies improvement opportunities, adapts to change, difficulties, and feedback
- Promotes culture of belonging, supports associates, attracts talent
- Builds trusting relationships, motivates and influences with impact
