Requirements

- Processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types
- Assists with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
- Stocks and secures Pharmacy supplies and merchandise
- Enters prescription information or files prescriptions
- Completes and maintains paperwork, forms, and other required documentation
- Administers clinical service programs (e.g., immunizations, point-of-care testing) in compliance with State Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations
- Monitors stock levels, places orders for supplies, and ensures accurate inventory tracking
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely dispensation of medications
- Participates in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards, new medications, and best practices

Responsibilities
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services for total healthcare solutions
- Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area; organizes and maintains the Pharmacy area following company procedures, utilizing equipment, merchandising, and completing paperwork, logs, and documentation
- Assists in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring accurate tracking
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely dispensation of medications, providing support and information
