Requirements
- Ability to communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card programs, and application processes to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote Sam's Club products and services
- Skills in providing Customer/Member service, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services while maintaining a safe environment
- Capability to maintain the car wash/gas station area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing/signage, handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink/damages, and ensuring safety per company policies
- Experience or ability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing/retaining required paperwork/logs/documentation
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items
- Knowledge to operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provide products/services per company policies

Responsibilities
- Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card programs, and processes to current/prospective Members
- Provide Customer/Member service by acknowledging them, identifying needs, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services, maintaining safe environment
- Maintain area of responsibility by cleaning/organizing car wash/gas station, ensuring accurate pricing/signage
- Maintain Gas Station/Car Wash per company policies: handle claims/returns, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, ensure safe work environment
- Receive/stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, organize/maintain facility following procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Operate cash registers/related tools to process customer purchases with appropriate procedures for payment types/items
- Operate/maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment and provide products/services to Customers per company policies
