Requirements
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources

- Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follows recipe measurement instructions and works with decorating tools (e.g., bags, tips, nozzles) to create flowers and lettering
- Adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution
- Leverages digital tools and handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
- Adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them
- Drives bakery performance with quality/date control, eliminates waste, prepares for seasonal events
- Identifies member needs, assists with purchasing decisions, resolves issues
- Acts as brand advocate, models high-quality service, interacts with associates to understand roadblocks
- Assists in training, developing, influencing, and inspiring team in a respectful, supportive manner
