Requirements

- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
- Capability to adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
- Skills in driving bakery performance, including quality/date control, waste elimination, and preparation for seasonal events
- Ability to identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to meet member expectations and provide customer service
- Plan bakery productions and create decorative designs on bakery items
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and make business decisions
- Drive bakery area performance, control quality/dates, eliminate waste, and prepare for seasonal events
- Assist members with needs, purchasing, and issue resolution
- Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service, and train/inspire associates
- Implement action plans using Open Door Policy and execute business processes
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing, collaborating, communicating progress, and addressing improvements
- Create an inclusive workplace, build team relationships, mentor associates, and recognize contributions
