Responsibilities

  • Drive bakery area performance, control quality/dates, eliminate waste, and prepare for seasonal events
  • Identify member needs, assist with purchases, and resolve concerns
  • Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service/products, and interact with associates to address roadblocks
  • Train, develop, influence, and inspire associates
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards using the Open Door Policy
