Requirements

- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
- Capability to drive bakery performance, including quality/date control, waste elimination, and preparation for seasonal events
- Skills in identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues
- Experience in training, developing, influencing, and inspiring associates in a respectful, supportive, team-oriented manner

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to meet member expectations and deliver exceptional service
- Plan bakery productions and create decorative designs on bakery items with consistency and accuracy
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Use digital tools and technology to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and make business decisions
- Drive bakery area performance, including quality control, waste reduction, and seasonal preparations
- Identify member needs, assist with purchases, and resolve concerns
- Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service, and interact with associates to address roadblocks
- Train, develop, influence, and inspire associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
