  • Experience in coordinating/overseeing job-related activities, developing stakeholder relationships, setting goals, measuring progress, identifying improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Supervisory skills, including hiring, training, mentoring associates, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center/service area by managing merchandise, presentation, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
  • Provide customer service/assistance, process requests/service orders per policies, explain products/services, train technicians, stage vehicles, and assist workflow
  • Maintain Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, cleaning/organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, maintaining equipment, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring environmental disposal/OSHA compliance and safety
  • Coordinate/complete/oversee job activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting learning
  • Supervise/develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans, Open Door Policy, and guidance on business practices
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, foster belonging, create thriving opportunities, work collaboratively, communicate positively, attract/retain/develop talent
