Requirements

  • Ability to drive sales and financial performance through merchandising, pricing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and assessing trends

  • Experience in coordinating job-related activities, developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, setting goals, measuring progress, identifying improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Supervisory skills, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center by managing merchandise, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
  • Provide customer service by assisting customers, processing requests/service orders, explaining products/services, ensuring technician training, staging vehicles, and supporting workflow
  • Maintain the Auto Care Center and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, maintaining equipment, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance/safety
  • Coordinate and oversee job activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting learning
  • Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and fostering belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics, implement action plans, and utilize Open Door Policy
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, collaborate, communicate positively, attract/retain talent, model integrity, and prioritize customer results
