Requirements
- Ability to drive sales and financial performance through merchandising, pricing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and assessing trends
- Skills in providing customer service, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products
- Knowledge of Auto Care Center and automotive products/services, with ability to explain them and ensure technician training/certification
- Capability to maintain sales floor/service area, including stocking, rotating, organizing, cleaning, signing, pricing, and securing merchandise
- Experience in handling claims, returns, environmental disposal (e.g., batteries, tires, oil), OSHA compliance, and ensuring safety
- Proficiency in coordinating job-related activities, developing stakeholder relationships, setting goals, measuring progress, and promoting adaptability/learning
- Supervisory skills for hiring, training, mentoring associates, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center/service area by managing merchandise, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies
- Provide customer service by assisting customers, processing requests/service orders, explaining products/services, training technicians, staging vehicles, and managing workflow
- Maintain Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, and handling claims/returns
- Ensure zoning, ordering supplies, monitoring environmental disposal, OSHA compliance, and customer safety/satisfaction
- Coordinate and oversee job activities, build stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, set/communicate goals, measure progress, and identify improvements
- Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, duty assignment, recognition, and promoting belonging
- Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy guidance
- Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, work collaboratively, attract/retain talent, and recognize contributions
- Model integrity/ethics, hold accountable, support regenerative goals, act humbly/selflessly, and prioritize customer delivery via EDLP/EDLC
