Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center by managing merchandise, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
  • Provide customer service by assisting customers, processing orders, explaining products/services, training technicians, staging vehicles, and maintaining safe environment
  • Maintain Auto Care Center and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance/safety
  • Coordinate and oversee job activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, setting/measuring goals, addressing improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy guidance
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, and provide thriving opportunities
