  • Operational Excellence: Possesses knowledge of organizational processes, root cause analysis techniques, department workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and One Best Way (OBW) processes; explains operational functions and key roles, clarifies department roles and relevance to enterprise strategy, describes interdependence of functions, identifies primary operational functions, locates and reads SOP/OBW information, locates fundamental practices and policies, lists common tasks of operations functions
  • Partnership & Collaboration: Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, management effectiveness tools and methods; owns delivery of project activity/tasks, supports process updates/changes, solves simple business issues, demonstrates functional knowledge of supported business unit/organization
  • Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance, safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, emergency evacuation plans; participates in OSHA/regulatory inspections, internal safety/health inspections, ensures first aid equipment operational and supplies stocked, maintains records per OSHA, monitors facilities for hazards, uses quality evaluation tools (e.g., walkthroughs, inspections), applies continuous improvement processes, participates in root cause identification for accidents, reports violations/accidents, implements audit requirements, creates action plans for audit findings, validates claim records, works with workers compensation case managers
  • Asset Protection & Security: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices and guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations; works with theft prevention tools, recognizes/investigates security breaches/thefts/vandalism and reports to management, assists in implementation of access controls
