Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments
  • Conduct training classes per block schedule, including VR monitoring, overnight activities, end-of-day tasks across locations (in-person and virtual)
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • Deliver training to facility-level associates through Regional-level leadership using various modalities and support specialty/change initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and support mission/values/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy guidance
  • Conduct visits to facilities in assigned area to verify classroom learnings translate to performance and report to leadership
  • Engage in content teachbacks and co-facilitation with peers/leaders, focusing on feedback to improve facilitation skills
  • Coordinate with facility leadership on talent potential, succession plans, and weekly feedback for Salaried Manager Core training
  • Conduct facilitation audits on all Academy roles
  • Participate in content development/reviews and assessment reviews with Learning Services team
  • Support adoption of structure/change initiatives by educating associates via classroom/virtual training
  • Support Academy facilities outside class time with customer service, process execution, and tours
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, and foster a culture of belonging
  • Work collaboratively, build relationships, and communicate to motivate/influence
