Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
Over 12+ years of related experience
Certification required in some areas (provide all vendor certifications)
System Administrator skills
Knowledge of UNIX and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
Knowledge of server hardware configurations
Ability to work through replacement of defective parts
Ability to work in a cohesive team environment, share knowledge, learn, listen, and absorb from co-workers
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (1 week at a time, likely every 10 weeks)
Availability to work afterhours for important meetings and trainings

Responsibilities

Support all EMS’s and OSS’s in AT&T, including current Mobility Ericsson ENM platforms (production and upcoming cloud instances)
Support Nokia Net Act systems (current production and Cloud Band systems)
Support all Cisco EMS’s, ePNM, Prime, and Acuitas systems
Support legacy systems for firewalls, routing, and fiber networks
Manage OSS/EMS systems in a Tiered support structure as a Tier 2 position
Work in on-call rotation through weeks and evenings from time to time
