Requirements

  • Degree in Finance-related major, with relevant work experience, including business and financial management experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills: clearly link financial results to operational framework and performance drivers, drive positive change and implementation
  • Process design and control knowledge
  • Strong communicator, able to work effectively internally and externally with all levels of leadership
  • Deliver clear concise messages both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Confidence/assertiveness with strong influencing skills across multiple, key stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all day-to-day Ultrasound finance activities and full-Ultrasound P&L
  • Drive annual budgeting process, perform regular forecasting, performance managing with reporting and analytical events
  • Lead team to drive all financial deliverables, such as order, sales, VC/FPC efficiency improvements, SG&A, and operating profits
  • Lead efforts to strengthening financial governance framework to ensure quality and compliant commercial decision-making process
  • Enable Ultrasound commercial strategy and accelerate order/revenue growth, spend efficiency and process robustness
  • Engage in internal and external business partnership discussions and build relevant financial models for new business models
  • Develop and simplify financial processes and support overall lean initiatives
  • Support Ultrasound modality to make sound product decision and execute projects with sound financial impacts
  • Drive continuous improvement of Finance Governance Framework. Provide guidelines to enable fast, compliant and quality decision making
  • Work with other relevant functions to strengthen process and control, drive operational compliance
  • Mobilize organizational support, manage cross functional resources and communicate to key stakeholders
  • Manage team to foster talent development and build compliant and high performing culture
  • Lead in aligning and integrating commercial-level financial management, to ensure consistent execution and unified business-financial goals, including but not limited to key risk point monitoring, management process standardization, and financial data & analysis optimization
