Responsibilities

  • Support and lead all aspects of the end-to-end production of eBay Live shopping events, ensuring seamless execution and engaging viewer experiences
  • Support in creation of processes, playbooks, and cross-functional shareouts regarding Live programming
  • Lead live video and audio production, including RTMP streaming operations involving OBS Studio, HDMI/SDI/NDI camera operations, and the native eBay Live Platform, networking, and RTMP streaming setups
  • Collaborate with category managers, sellers, and hosts to curate compelling live shopping events aligned with eBay’s e-commerce goals
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, viewer engagement, returning buyers, and event saves to optimize event strategies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of eBay Live events
  • Work with marketing teams to develop pre-show promotions, push notifications, and event branding to improve reach and connection with the audience
