MBO+ work and thinking level, supplemented with an electrical engineering education; knowledge of civil engineering is a bonus
Multiple years in a leadership role over a medium-sized technical (maintenance) team, preferably in the infrastructure sector
Knowledge of contract systems such as UAV(GC) and RAW is a plus
Certificates such as NEN3140 certification, VCA VOL, GPI, Stipel, or willingness to obtain them
Schiphol pass required for airside work, including Security Investigation Civil Aviation
Knowledge of materials, equipment, and tools
Sharp focus on planning, foresight in projects, ability to switch quickly, set priorities, creativity, and strong communication skills

Lead, decide on, and evaluate activities of employees within project execution
