Requirements
- MBO+ work and thinking level, supplemented with an electrical engineering education; knowledge of civil engineering is a bonus
- Multiple years in a leadership role over a medium-sized technical (maintenance) team, preferably in the infrastructure sector
- Knowledge of contract systems such as UAV(GC) and RAW is a plus
- Certificates such as NEN3140 certification, VCA VOL, GPI, Stipel, or willingness to obtain them
- Schiphol pass required for airside work, including Security Investigation Civil Aviation
- Knowledge of materials, equipment, and tools
- Sharp focus on planning, foresight in projects, ability to switch quickly, set priorities, creativity, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, decide on, and evaluate activities of employees within project execution
- Provide information on project approach during preparation and report problems during execution based on specific knowledge, skills, or experience
- Ensure availability of all necessary provisions (such as procedures and work instructions), materials, equipment, and personnel at the right time and place within the project
- Manage and monitor necessary materials, drawings, instructions, etc., for the work
- Realize projects and works within the established budget and schedule
- Coordinate execution of small projects or parts of large, complex projects and combination works to achieve project objectives in line with planning, budget, and (safety) laws and regulations
