Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing beloved user experiences and positive feedback from teammates
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable and curious about UX best practices, drawing inspiration from diverse products and experiences
  • Ability to rapidly iterate on UI designs, understanding layout, hierarchy, and typography
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate prototype and design work

Responsibilities

  • Develop a range of design artifacts: low-fi concepts, user flows, design templates, wireframe prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and impactful user experiences
  • Create, test, and evaluate hypotheses about user behavior through rapid iteration
  • Assist with qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and guide product design
  • Partner with engineering to adjust scope and launch products to specification
  • Work from SF Bay co-working spaces (both in San Mateo & SF) once a week
