Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in UI/UX design
  • Ability to create new designs as well as enhance existing ones
  • Experience designing both mobile apps, web applications and websites
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Figma, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to convert design pages to HTML templates
  • Expertise in prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and mock-ups
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency with design software
  • Experience in user research and usability testing
  • Expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Skilled in User Interface Design (UID) and User Experience Design (UED)
  • Understanding of information architecture
  • Ability to understand institution’s users, services, processes and needs, and design accordingly
  • Independent and hands-on approach

Responsibilities

  • Gathering user requirements through research and analysis
  • Creating wireframes and prototypes
  • Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure that design solutions align with user needs and technological capabilities
