Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in UI/UX design
Ability to create new designs as well as enhance existing ones
Experience designing both mobile apps, web applications and websites
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Figma, and Adobe Illustrator
Ability to convert design pages to HTML templates
Expertise in prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and mock-ups
Strong visual design skills and proficiency with design software
Experience in user research and usability testing
Expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
Skilled in User Interface Design (UID) and User Experience Design (UED)
Understanding of information architecture
Ability to understand institution’s users, services, processes and needs, and design accordingly
Independent and hands-on approach

Responsibilities

Gathering user requirements through research and analysis
Creating wireframes and prototypes
Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure that design solutions align with user needs and technological capabilities
Leveraging design skills to create user-friendly layouts and interactive elements that enhance usability and engagement
Staying updated on the latest design trends and contributing fresh ideas that drive innovation within products
