Requirements

  • 3 years or more of game planning experience; extensive involvement and in-depth research in multiple game types, with ability to clearly deconstruct their gameplay systems
  • Strong systems thinking and logical abilities, capable of independently handling the full process from experience breakdown, documentation writing, to development follow-up
  • Profound insights into UGC ecosystems, familiarity with mainstream UGC games and editor products, and experience in at least one of the following:
  • Creation experience: High-quality creation works on platforms like Roblox/元梦之星/蛋仔派对
  • Pipeline/tool design experience: Led or deeply participated in content editor or workflow pipeline design
  • Operational experience: Planned creator incentive programs, content operation activities, etc
  • Certain technical planning ability, familiar with basic operations of at least one mainstream game engine like Unity/UE, able to communicate smoothly with developers, and understand technical implementation boundaries
  • Bonus: Prompt Engineering ability with large language models, priority for those with LLM integration application experience
