Preferred qualifications include expertise in UCaaS or CCaaS solutions and experience building overlay or specialist sales functions.
The UCaaS Advisor will drive adoption of Zoom Phone and Frontline Worker collaboration portfolios by building and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying high-value accounts, and leading a specialist sales team. They will personally engage in strategic deals, partner with Product to influence the roadmap, establish repeatable sales processes, and represent Zoom at industry events. Additionally, they will educate internal teams and partners on industry workflows, compliance, and trends.
