Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of enterprise or specialist sales experience, with a preference for UCaaS or vertical sales, and a consistent record of quota overachievement. Deep knowledge of Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing workflows is essential, along with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, excellent executive presence, communication, and storytelling abilities. Preferred qualifications include expertise in UCaaS or CCaaS solutions and experience building overlay or specialist sales functions.

Responsibilities

The UCaaS Advisor will drive adoption of Zoom Phone and Frontline Worker collaboration portfolios by building and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying high-value accounts, and leading a specialist sales team. They will personally engage in strategic deals, partner with Product to influence the roadmap, establish repeatable sales processes, and represent Zoom at industry events. Additionally, they will educate internal teams and partners on industry workflows, compliance, and trends.
