This is an on-site position in an office environment at the Thermo Fisher Scientific Swedesboro site, with a standard Monday-Friday work schedule.
Key duties include tracking open records in TrackWise such as Deviations and CAPAs, supporting audits and inspections, acting as TSA Principle Security Officer, managing document creation and control, and overseeing employee training curricula.
Candidates need mastery of GMP SOPs and policies, strong technical writing skills for reports and Quality risk management, plus the ability to read, understand, and adhere to procedures in a GMP environment.
A strong candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or life sciences field, at least 3 years of TSA compliance experience, GMP expertise, and strong technical writing skills; U.S. work authorization without sponsorship and ability to pass a background check including drug screening are required.
