Responsibilities

Analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content
Investigating, escalating, and/or resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system
Reviewing, classifying, and/or removing content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels
Understanding and remaining updated on changing client policies and guidelines
Investigating, resolving, and relaying complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
Auditing and managing effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk (e.g., Policies, Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management, and Contractor controls)
Establishing processes to audit/validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required
Solving routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Participating in primary interactions within own team and with direct supervisor
Following detailed instructions on all tasks
Working in rotational shifts as required
