Requirements

High School Diploma
Six months or 50,000 miles verifiable CDL A driving experience
Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds frequently during loading and unloading (average case weight of 18.7 pounds, 83% of cases are less than 30 pounds)
Ability to push and pull loaded pallets and carts weighing up to 2,700 pounds
Ability to sit up to eleven hours per day and climb in and out of tractor and trailer often
Tolerance for overnight travel
Exposure to vehicle environment, outside weather conditions (including extreme weather during load/unload), and noise levels from low/moderate to occasionally moderate/high

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial truck for delivery of product to customer locations
Perform backhaul pick-ups from vendor locations
Unload or load product by hand or other means
Perform routine vehicle inspections
Operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
Move trailers on complex with yard switcher
Fuel equipment and wash equipment
