  • Experience in country oversight, tracking recruitment, data completeness, compliance, budgets, deviations, and import licenses
  • Vendor and CRO oversight expertise, including managing study-specific deliverables
  • Knowledge of clinical supplies management, investigational products (IP), and study materials
  • Proficiency in eTMF data oversight (setup, reviews, missing documents, safety reports)
  • Ability to manage budgets, change orders, expenses, and financial consistency

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global study leaders to monitor study conduct and progress, identify, resolve, and escalate risks impacting quality, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate on end-to-end operational study delivery, focusing on internal systems/databases/tracking tools and project plans
  • Review key clinical documents (protocol, informed consent) and support development of study plans (monitoring, vendor management, protocol deviation, risk management)
  • Coordinate study-related activities, manage cross-functional team communications, prepare/schedule meetings, and facilitate interactions with internal/external partners (regulatory, LOC, CROs, vendors)
  • Support country oversight as primary contact, tracking recruitment, data completeness/compliance, budgets, deviations, and import licenses
  • Oversee vendor management and CROs as primary contact, managing study-specific deliverables
  • Manage delivery of clinical supplies, IP, and study materials from external providers; alert teams to issues/risks and recommend actions
  • Conduct eTMF data oversight for inspection readiness (setup, periodic reviews, follow-up on missing documents, safety reports dissemination), ensuring completeness and quality
  • Handle budget/financial activities: manage change orders, expenses, ensure system/agreement consistency, escalate issues
