Proven ability in investigator grant negotiation, effective interpersonal skills in English and local languages, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are required. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical product development process and CRO involvement is also necessary.
The Trial Contracts Manager will prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites, adhering to local processes and approved parameters for budgets and contractual terms. They will ensure compliance with negotiation guidelines, authority approvals, and client expectations, while identifying and assessing legal, financial, and operational risks. Responsibilities include providing recommendations for contract negotiations, coordinating with internal departments for site startup activities, and achieving target cycle times for site activations.
