Strong knowledge in Networking, WiFi and/or Video technologies
Ability to understand software architecture
Excellent knowledge in Linux, C & C++
Knowledge of data analysis tools like Elastic, Splunk, Datadog
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience as a debugger to isolate faults and solve problems quickly

Responsibilities

Rapid identification and root cause analysis of field issues, providing guidance and recommendations to the development team
Triage customer issues, identify sources quickly, assist in fixing field issues, and communicate back to the field
Analyze Business Intelligence / Metrics for early detection of customer issues and take action
Work in a fast-paced environment using Agile Methodologies and interact with internal/external teams
Stay updated with latest tools, technologies, and best practices in development, data collection, cloud platforms, monitoring systems, and DevOps
Lead requirement understanding and design tools architecture as Team Lead
Assess team's technical strengths and improve them through training and guidance
Triage customer impacting problems, design automation for detection and triage, perform data analysis, and software analysis
Lead defined activities, deliver outcomes on schedule, and lead team in solving technical challenges
